Sheila Joynes is an accomplished and published composer.

One of her pieces for Double Bass, "The Old Sea Dog", forms part of the ABRSM Grade 3 examination for that instrument.  You can buy that sheet music, completely legally, directly from Sheila for far less than the cost of the book in which it's published. Send Sheila an email to arrange it.
